Result: Sale :)

Yes, a two card sale, woot: although she did frog-jump over my poor phonetic cards to pick 'em! Never mind, they have since won themselves a heart, I'll take it :)

Just in time - another listing!

This every second day listing gig might not be that easy after all! Well, I was inspired to try to fix up the phonetic cards a bit, I think they have more potential than has been realised! And American Mother's Day is coming up in April...And I did get a lot done with them, and am relatively happy with the two versions I came up with (cute and colourful, and speech bubble...makes sense when you see them!) - however it took me two days, that's absurd! And they ain't THAT good! But though it has taken me this long, I am just glad that I did manage to get them done, papped and one listed today.

Picture curses

See, no exclamation mark means this is serious: I can't get these cards to take nice pictures to save my life :(
Having said that, these are going on Etsy anyway, before I'm kicked out for Non-Attendance!

In the works...

I am exhausted! There is a lot going on right now, and neither me or my cards are a priority. Still though, I have managed to get a little work done on an idea that has been niggling away at me - phonetic cards.
Questions include: what script to use? Colour? Paper/card? How much to say about the phonetics, the real spelling, the translation? Where to put all of this?
Well?!
Yes, it hasn't been easy. I have drawn up a script of my own, I wanted it to be more fun than the celtic script but still have some echoes of it in it...hmm. Not sure! As to ALL of the other questions, I am completely on the fence!
